About Akron Rodent Control
Akron Rodent Control is a phone referral service for homeowners, renters, landlords and businesses in Akron and the rest of Summit County. Nobody from our office shows up at your door with traps. We answer the phone, listen to what's going on, and connect you with an independent, licensed local provider that handles rats and mice in your area.
We focus on rodents only, because that's what most Akron homes need help with. Old foundations in Firestone Park and Kenmore, garages in Stow, wooded lots in the Merriman Valley: it's mice and rats, year after year.
What happens when you call
A person answers during business hours and asks a few questions: what you're seeing, where in the house, how long it's been going on, and what kind of home you have. Then we put you in touch with a company that serves your part of Summit County.

Who comes out to your Akron home
The companies are independent businesses. In Ohio, pesticide applicators are licensed through the Ohio Department of Agriculture. The companies set their own prices and schedules and stand behind their own work. Any guarantee comes from them, not from us. Ask anything you like before you agree to a visit or a price.
What we won't do
We won't quote prices, since we don't set them. We won't promise how soon someone can come, because that depends on the company's schedule. And we'll never suggest scattering loose poison.
